Day 01 - Delhi – Arrival
Reach Delhi any time. Our local tour manager will give a warm welcome at the airport. Transfer to your hotel. Relax. Being India's capital Delhi is major gateway to the country, contemporary Delhi is a bustling metropolis which successfully combines in its fold the ancient and the modern. Over night at hotel.
Day 02 - Delhi – Jaisalmer (Over night train 18 hours)
After breakfast , you will check out from hotel with all your luggage for your half day sightseeing of New Delhi and Old Delhi , places like India gate, President house ,Lotus temple, after lunch if time permits you can visit to Jama mosque , the largest mosque of India and a photo stop at Red fort of Delhi. Than you would drive to Old Delhi railway station to catch your over night train for Jaisalmer.
Note : Kindly carry take away food with you or you can buy from Come sum restaurant at station for your 18 hours train ride to Jaisalmer because there no food service on board.
Day 03 – Jaisalmer
Next morning when you wake up in train, you will be totally out of hassle and Basle and you will find yourself in semi desert area of Rajasthan. In noon you arrived at Jaisalmer station, again our train representative will welcome you at golden city of Rajasthan with a good car, he will drop you in hotel than you are free to roam around in Jaisalmer city. Over night at hotel.
Day 04 - Jaisalmer – Sand Dunes (B D) ( by road )
After breakfast you are free to use your room till 12.00 than you need to check out from room. Around 3.30 Pm you will drive to sand dunes of Jaisalmer which is 40 km away from city where you would be accommodate in luxury swizz tents on full board Bed, breakfast and dinner. This evening you will go for camel safari as well to see sunset. When you come back after sunset, you will have dinner in desert with folk musicians and dancers.
Day 05 - Jaisalmer – Jodhpur ( by road )
This morning after breakfast you drive to Jodhpur, the blue city of India. Check in hotel, evening free for leisure , Optional programme to go On the Rocks Cafe for Dinner, This is only place is city where u can try your dance moves.
Day 06 - Jodhpur After a relaxed breakfast proceed for city sightseeing tour of Jodhpur. Jodhpur - the stronghold of the fierce Rathore clan, was founded in 1459 by Prince Jodha. Visit the Mehrangarh Fort, situated on a low sandstone hill. Within the fort, visit Moti Mahal and Phool Mahal. Also visit Jaswant Thada, an imposing marble cenotaph, built in memory of Maharaja Jaswant singh II around 1899 and Umaid Public gardens. Night stay in Jodhpur.
Day 07 - Jodhpur – Udaipur ( by road )After breakfast drive to Jodhpur, on the way you will visit one of famous 15 century Jain temple at Rankapur village. This white marble temple is as beautiful as Taj Mahal. On arrival transfer to hotel. Night stay in Jodhpur.
Day 08 – Udaipur Morning city sight seeing tour. Udaipur is built in 1559 A.D. by Maharaja Udai Singh, the city has been described as the most romantic spot on the continent of India. Visit the City Palace museum, the Jagdish temple, Sahelion Ki Bari (Queen’s resort for their friends), Most famous of these, and certainly the most photographed, is the Lake Palace, an island-palace where the white marble buildings (now a hotel) entirely cover a small island in Pichola Lake. Day 09 - Udaipur – Pushkar ( by road )After breakfast drive to Pushkar and transfer to hotel. In Pushkar visit Brahma temple,Pushkar lake and Savitri temple. Pushkar is often called "Tirth Raj," the Raj (king) of pilgrim centres. No pilgrimage of Hindu places is considered complete until the pilgrim bathes in sacred waters of Pushkar Lake; indeed, the city is so sacred that no meat, alcohol or eggs are allowed within the city. However, most travellers know Pushkar for a different reason: the annual Pushkar Camel Fair.
Day 10 – Pushkar
This day you are free to explore Pushkar market to buy various famous things of the town, Pushkar Bazaar is a paradise for shopping. In evening you will go for camel safari again in semi desert area of town to see nice sunset. Evening at leisure. Night stay at Pushkar.
Day 11 - Pushkar – Jaipur (by road)
This morning after breakfast drive to Jaipur, the capital and largest city of state of Rajasthan, also known as Pink city on world map. Jaipur was the former capital of a princely state of the same name and city is also famous for its heritage. Evening you will drive to Chokhi Dhani a five star amusement village where you will have a classic Rajasthani meal in traditional style.
Day 12 - Jaipur
This morning you will drive to Amber fort in early hours to ride on elephant back and feel like a king of Jaipur while climb up to the fort. Later on you will visit the palace of Jaipur, and other place like the palace on water and the palace of wind. Later you are free to go for Indian shopping, once again you have great chance to buy a lot things for your home because Jaipur also known as shopping mart of India. Over night at Jaipur.
Day 13 - Jaipur – Agra ( by road )Morning drive to Agra enroute visiting 1000 year old step well at village Ambhaneri and Fatehpur Sikri (a beautiful ex. capital of mughal). Evening at leisure. night stay in Agra.
Day 14 - Agra – Varanasi Train ( by train )Morning at sunrise visit the TAJ MAHAL - one of the Seven Wonders of the World built by Shah Jahan in 1631 AD and was completed in 1651AD. Taj Mahal - The symbol of Love was built in the memory of Mumtaz Mahal (Shah Jahan' s second Wife).
Also visit Agra Fort - Built by the famed Mughal emperor Akbar in 1565 A.D, the fort is predominantly of red sandstone. Ensconced within is the picture perfect Pearl Mosque, which is a major tourist attraction. Later in evening you will catch a overnight train for Varanasi either from Agra station or Tundala station which is 27 km away from Agra.
Day 15 - Varanasi
Morning arrived at Varanasi railway station or Mughal Sarai station (nearest station to Varanasi) drives to hotel, after that you will drive to Sarnath a Buddhist Place where Buddha gave his first sermon. Later in evening you ride cycle rickshaw to river Ganges to see the evening ceremony and a boat trip on Ganges.Sitting on the banks of the Ganges River, Varanasi is the oldest continually inhabited city in the world, dating back thousands of years. The culture of Varanasi is deeply associated with the river Ganges and its religious importance; the city has been a cultural and religious centre in northern India for thousands of years. Day 16 - Varanasi – Delhi ( by flight )
This morning to will drive again to same river Ganges for morning boat ride and to see sunrise at river. Sunrise at river Ganges is spectacular. In morning time thousand of devotees come to river to take a holy dip in river to get rid of all the sins. Later in after noon you will catch a flight to Delhi. . .
